Double Okay’s Mentorship Showcase

Saturday 21st June | Doors 19:30 | Show starts 20:00 | South Street Arts Centre, Reading
Age restriction: 18+
Join us in Reading for an evening of experimental queer performance, created and shared by five artists who’ve been part of our six-week mentorship programme: Monsieur Cookie, Biogal, Nida Hug, Lara Beasley and Sheer Obsession. This is a celebration of queer creativity and collaboration – expect playful work that challenges and responds to a cabaret setting.
This project is supported by Arts Council England.
Monthly LGBTQIA+ Making Sessions

Double Okay runs monthly LGBTQIA+ making sessions at The Rising Sun Arts centre on the 3rd Sunday of the month. The sessions are designed to be casual and informal, and give space for people to socialise in a low pressure environment, so whilst there is a theme and material prompts you can come to just hang out. You don’t need any arts experience to join in!
